Yvonne has always been the nutritionist behind the company and has decided it's time to have a fresh new look and one cohesive home for her nutrition work, so you'll find everything you need right here on her new website.

Working with her Husband, award-winning vegan chef and author Tony Bishop-Weston, we have provided nutrition and catering consultancy to organisations across the UK who are seeking to offer delicious AND nutritious plant-based menus.
We continue to do this under my new brand Yvonne-Bishop Weston nutrition.
About Yvonne Bishop-Weston
My journey as a Nutritional Therapist has taken me from Health food retail and catering to Harley Street nutritionist, corporate food consultant, nutrition tutor, cookbook author and television presenter in a career that has spanned over 30 years.
I trained and then tutored and mentored nutritionists at the renowned Institute For Optimum Nutrition in London.
I initially qualified with a psychology-based degree and have maintained an active interest in expanding my knowledge base on strategies to help people adopt positive behaviours.

Tony Bishop-Weston is our resident vegan chef and chief kitchen-gardener at Yvonne Bishop-Weston Nutrition. He fills our plates with delicious, family-friendly, plant-based food homegrown from our kitchen garden in the beautiful New Forest.
Tony’s mission is to inspire the world to enjoy innovative, sustainable, exciting and delicious plant-based cooking.

Tony is an award-winning vegan chef who has been delighting tastebuds with plant-based meals for over 30 years. He has co-authored multiple vegan cookbooks and has worked with companies and restaurants across the UK to produce delicious plant-based menus.
