Tony Bishop-Weston is our resident vegan chef and chief kitchen-gardener at Yvonne Bishop-Weston Nutrition. He fills our plates with delicious, family-friendly, plant-based food homegrown from our kitchen garden in the beautiful New Forest.
Tony’s mission is to inspire the world to enjoy innovative, sustainable, exciting and delicious plant-based cooking.

Tony is an award-winning vegan chef who has been delighting tastebuds with plant-based meals for over 30 years. He has co-authored multiple vegan cookbooks and has worked with companies and restaurants across the UK to produce delicious plant-based menus.
