Yvonne on Teenage Nutrition – BBC Food Truth or Scare

Yvonne appeared as a resident nutritionist on BBC’s Food: Truth or Scare to discuss teenage nutrition issues after shocking headlines revealed British teens eat worse than any other generation.

Yvonne explained that one of the biggest problems as teenagers gain independence and start making their own choices around food is the prevalence of processed and junk food. And unfortunately, a lot of it is cheap and within their budget.

37.30 – Yvonne looks at the family’s weekly food diary and gives her expert opinion and recommendations to improve their diet.
