I'm Yvonne Bishop-Weston, a Clinical Nutritional Therapist. I help people live their lives to the full through nutrition and lifestyle advice.
My mission is to positively impact as many people as possible and effect lasting change through my one-to-one client work, cookery books, written press and TV appearances.
I'm here to offer my support, knowledge and expertise to help you optimise your nutrition in a way that works for you and your lifestyle.
With over 20 years of in-clinic experience of putting my nutrition qualifications into practice, and years of tutoring and mentoring other Nutritional Therapists, I have amassed many tools, tips and effective strategies to help you achieve your goals.
I'm a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle medicine) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
AS SEEN IN
My journey as a Nutritional Therapist has taken me from health food retail and catering to Harley Street nutritionist, corporate food consultant, nutrition tutor, cookbook author and television presenter in a career that has spanned over 30 years.
I trained and then tutored and mentored nutritionists at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London.
I initially qualified with a psychology-based degree and have maintained an active interest in expanding my knowledge base on strategies to help people adopt positive behaviours.
Beaulieu Natural Health Clinic & Harley Street Nutrition
I offer one-to-one support at my clinic in Beaulieu, in the heart of the New Forest. I also offer online consultations.
Since the pandemic, changes to working patterns mean that I am seeing my Harley Street clients online.
I offer online nutritional support for those who can't make it to our clinic. I support clients across the UK, and globally, with my Zoom nutrition sessions.

Taking a holistic approach to nutrition & health
Over the years, I've seen how taking a holistic approach to nutrition and health can help people achieve incredible results; that's why I blend evidence-based nutritional advice with health coaching and ongoing support.
I'm also happy to work as part of your care team, whether that's your doctor, consultant specialist, psychologist or other health practitioners.
Your plan is bespoke to your needs
It's no secret that I co-write plant-based cookbooks but my role with each of my clients is to work with their individual needs. Whilst I'll encourage you to eat a wider variety of vegetables and fruits, my place is to help you develop the most appropriate dietary strategy for your health and lifestyle needs, not to fit you into any off-the-shelf eating plan.
Together, we'll find ways to improve your diet in a way that works for both you and your lifestyle and, above all else, is enjoyable!
My husband, Tony Bishop-Weston, is our resident vegan chef, author, and chief kitchen gardener at Yvonne Bishop-Weston Nutrition.
Tony also provides consultation services for corporate clients and restaurants who want to offer plant-based menu options.

Media & Press
I've also provided expert contributions and articles for major newspapers and magazines, including The Independent, Daily Mail, The Telegraph, Marie Claire, Health and Fitness and many more.
My mission is to positively impact as many people as possible by giving them access to evidence-based information about their health and nutrition, and to separate fact from fiction.
